Service Standards

Same Day Service
When you require urgent and immediate service to address the issues at hand, an operative will be assigned within the most practical and efficient time period that same day.

Next Day Service
Should a client require commencement of an assignment within 24 hours, a consultant will respond to be comprehensively briefed by you within 30 minutes of the service request being placed.

Hours of Operation
Our office hours are from 09:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

After Hours Attention
Should you require immediate service after hours, our Duty Officer is on call 24 hours and welcomes your call at any time.

Insurance
In place is a comprehensive insurance policy, which covers all staff of Counter Terrorism International for Workers Compensation and Public liability, for armed & unarmed officers, as well as cash or valuables in transit.

Identification
All personnel provided to you are issued with professional identification. This allows for easy accountability and management identification.
The legal requirement states that: officers carry identification and produce it on demand in any dealings with the public or Police.
However, Plain-clothes personnel apply absolute discretion and do not openly display identification.

These reports are annexed with all relevant evidence, i.e. photographic or audiovisual, before being bound and presented to you the client.
